Joseph's house renovation into the new hotel

Since April 2023, renovation work will begin on the historic Art Nouveau Hotel Joseph's House in Davos. The interior work and the construction on the rear part of the building are scheduled to take two years. The opening of the future boutique hotel is planned for the winter season 2024/25. The hotel's guests can look forward to many renovations.

  • Construction of two floors in the rear with a new, spacious breakfast area.

What can you expect

at the new Joseph's House?

The new hotel becomes the ideal accommodation for couples, companies and sportive guests. With the new ski room, the hotel shuttle to the Jakobshorn valley station and other new services, the hotel is ideal for a sportive stay in Davos. The new seminar rooms and the direct access to the Hotel National makes the future resort an ideal location for corporate meetings or events.

After an eventful day in the Davos Klosters Mountains, hotel guests have access to a new, in-house spa area with two saunas, a steam bath, experience shower area and a spacious relaxation room. The new fitness room offers a selection of top modern fitness equipment of the brand TechnoGym.

As a accommodation for groups and companies, the Joseph's House and the National are ideally suited. In addition to the large number of rooms, both houses offer ideal seminar rooms with plenty of space for events and meetings.

The new rooms of Joseph's House will be modern and cozy and thus offer future guests a modern feel-good ambience.  Each room will have its own bathroom with shower and toilet. In addition, there is a sink in each room.
