The house is centrally located and can accommodate 15 to 24 people – perfect for groups, teams, ski clubs, or groups of friends who like things to be uncomplicated but still stylish. The charm of the 80s meets new, stylish furniture, giving the house an authentic yet modern look.

One of the highlights is the large rooftop terrace on two sides, with unobstructed views of the Jakobshorn and Tinzenhorn – the perfect spot for your first coffee in the morning or a relaxing after-work beer with a view. Guests sleep in a mix of double and bunk beds. The rooms are simple, newly furnished, and designed for groups. In winter, you can bring your skis with you – there is a ski room in the house.

Whether in winter after a day of skiing or in summer after a hike, House 63 offers space for community, relaxation, and unforgettable moments in the mountains.

Sleeping in House 63

Our accommodation is sporty, uncomplicated, and just right for active groups. The rooms are functional and comfortably furnished—with new furniture that combines modern design with practicality. You will sleep in double rooms with bunk beds or double beds, some in shared rooms with up to 6 beds.

For evenings together, games, or relaxed get-togethers, there is a large lounge on the top floor with mountain views and a kitchen – perfect for ending the day together.

Arrival

Centrally located – easily accessible

House 63 is located on Obere Strasse, in the center of Davos. Guests can drop off their luggage directly in front of the house and then park nearby – either at the Kleiner Palace or in the garage of the Hotel National (both approx. 5 minutes' walk away and part of Mountain Hotels). Access to House 63 is via a staircase.

Cancellation by individuals

Cancellation up to 15 days before arrival: free of charge
Cancellation 14–8 days before arrival: 50% of the package price
Cancellation 7–1 day before arrival: 80% of the package price
No-show or interruption of stay: 100% of the package price

Smoking ban regulation

House 63 is a smoke-free accommodation. To protect the smoke-free environment, the hotel charges a cleaning fee of CHF 200 for each hotel guest who smokes in their room. To ensure compliance with the applicable smoking ban legislation, the group agrees to inform hotel visitors in writing about the hotel's smoking ban in public areas.
